Disinfecting is one of the services that we offer complementarily with removal.* You can also opt out of this free service if desired.

We spray a disinfecting agent onto your attic floor to help prevent future rodent infestation by removing scent trails that attract pests back to the area. Installing blown-in Cellulose or blown-in Rockwool insulation adds additional protection as both materials are naturally rodent and pest-resistant. See our ‘Materials’ page to find out how! 

It is important to note that we are not a pest control company. Disinfecting is not like waterproofing, where absolutely no water will get in. We can help with preventing rodents, pests, and odors, but we cannot make any guarantees regarding this specific complimentary service.
